A) Turning

Braeburn has two lathes with maximum turning capabilities of 30" diameters and lengths to 20 feet. Our maximum lifting ability is 50,000 pounds.

B) Peeling

The mid-size Blaw-Knox Medart will peel bars with a maximum input of 3" round. The large Blaw-Knox Medart will peel bars with a maximum input of 5 7/8" round. These bar peelers produce a 250 RMS finish.

C) Sawing

Braeburn has abrasive, hack and band saws. Our maximum input size is 51" X 60" with a 50,000 pound limit.

D) Grinding

We have a Midwest grinder for grinding large ingots, billets, slabs, and bars. We also have the swing grinders for conditioning small billets. We have centerless grinders that will grind up to 3.500" round. Braeburn has both surface grinders and Besly Wells double disk grinder for grinding small and mid size rectangular bars.

E) Straightening

We have three round through 3.500" round. straighteners that will larger sizes we have bar straighteners which will handle up We have four rectangular bar handle up through 1" thickness. For a horizontal hydraulic bump straightener.
